Renault SA filed a supplemental to the EMTN Program Base Prospectus dated May 18, 2015 (visa N° 15-204) with the Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") on November 03^rd, 2015 and received visa N° 15-559 from the AMF on November 04^th, 2015.

Copies of the supplemental are available free of charge in the head office of Renault SA - 13/15, Quai le Gallo - 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt.
