(TSX VENTURE:SNN) ("Sintana" or the "Company") reports that its Board of Directors has approved grants of a total of 4,375,000 stock options to several directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The options have an exercise price of $0.175, vest in three equal tranches over the next 24 months and will expire in November 2020.
