WEST ORANGE, N.J., Nov. 06, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PEF Services LLC, the leading fund administrator for private capital funds, welcomes Lawrence Townes to its Reporting and Compliance team and Dennis DiGuglielmo and Lauren Bhende to its Information Technology team.
Lawrence Townes recently joined PEF Services as a Senior Accountant. PEF Services’ reporting and compliance team tracks fund information for the purpose of reporting to investors. Townes brings over five years of experience in alternative investment fund administration within the private equity industry. Prior to joining PEF Services, Townes was a Senior Accountant at Citi Private Equity Fund Services and State Street Alternative Investment Services. Townes holds a BS of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey and is attending Rutgers Business School to obtain an MBA in Finance.

In addition, Dennis DiGuglielmo and Lauren Bhende join PEF Services as Quality Assurance Analysts in its Information Technology group. The IT group is responsible for the continuous development of the firm’s Investor Library application, its secure investor communications portal, and PEFOnline, its portfolio company securities monitoring and reporting system.
DiGuglielmo joins PEF Services from All Things Media where he was a Sr. QA Analyst. He brings several years of experience in quality assurance testing, training and mentoring to his new roll. DiGuglielmo holds a BA Degree from Thomas Edison State College and has a Quality Assurance Training Certification.
Bhende joins the Quality Assurance team from Innovest Sytems, LLC where she was a Quality Assurance Analyst for seven years. Bhende holds a BA in Communications from the University of Rhode Island.
