Gunvor Completes Crude Oil Pipeline Sale to Gazprombank


GENEVA, SWITZERLAND--(Marketwired - Nov. 9, 2015) - Gunvor Group has completed the sale of its 50 percent ownership stake in the Nevskaya Pipeline Company (NPC) to Gazprombank. NPC owns a 4 kilometer pipeline connecting a jetty on the Baltic Sea to a crude oil tank farm owned by Transneft. The pipeline's full nominal throughput capacity, which is fed by the BPS-2 pipeline, ranges from 20 to 25 million metric tons per year. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
