Financière de Tubize strengthens its participating interest in UCB

The board of directors of Financière de Tubize has decided to progressively strengthen its participating interest in UCB to bring it from 34.12% to 35%, insofar the market conditions are appropriate. In this context, Financière de Tubize has, after the publication of the UCB result for the 9 months ended 30 September 2015, started to acquire UCB shares. The acquisitions will be subject to notifications to the FSMA.
The decision of the board is fully in line with Financière de Tubize's objective to create long-term value for its shareholders by participating as a stable reference shareholder in the development of UCB's industrial project.
