Energistics Celebrates 25 Years of Setting the Standard in Oil and Gas

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - Nov 11, 2015) - This year Energistics celebrates 25 years of setting the standard for data exchange in the upstream oil and gas industry. To commemorate this milestone, Energistics held a day-long event in Houston, Texas USA on Tuesday, November 3 with presentations covering key standard case studies, intriguing panel discussions and a thought provoking keynote presentation by geopolitical analyst and global economic expert, Peter Zeihan.

As part of the celebration, Energistics recognized several individuals for their leadership and service to Energistics and to the development of industry standards over the last 25 years. Of particular note, Philippe Malzac, TOTAL, received the inaugural Gerald E.
