LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Dec 2, 2015) - The Las Vegas office of Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce has entered into a new growth phase with the addition of 10 new brokers on top of a major expansion of its commercial property management portfolio. The company now has 26 brokers in the market and manages 1.16 million square feet of assets in Southern Nevada.

Industrial
Jennifer Levine, CCIM and Elizabeth Moore, directors of industrial properties, bring a vast amount of experience in sales and leasing, land acquisitions and dispositions, and build-to-suit projects.

Office
Jayne Cayton, senior director, and Matt Kreft, senior associate, focus on tenant prospecting, landlord representation, and lease negotiation of office properties.

Multi-Family
The father/son team of Carl Sims, executive director/multi-family specialist, and Taylor Sims, director, are one of the top multi-family investment teams in the Southern Nevada market.

Office/Retail
Nicholas Barber and Jeremy Foley, directors, who specialize in the leasing and sales of office and retail properties, joined Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce earlier this year.
