InsideView Signs OEM Agreement With SAP to Integrate SAP(R) hybris(R) Commerce and InsideView for Sales

Expanded Integration With SAP Solution Intended to Take the Customer Relationship Beyond CRM

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - December 03, 2015) - InsideView powers the world's business conversations. The company today announced that it signed an OEM agreement with SAP (NYSE: SAP) to include the SAP® hybris® Commerce solution as a part of InsideView for Sales, the company's flagship sales intelligence platform. The integration is intended to provide customers with direct access to InsideView for Sales to be used in combination with other solutions in the SAP for Commerce portfolio.

InsideView for Sales is natively enabled within the SAP Cloud for Customer solution to give sales execs critical, up-to-the minute competitive insights for more relevant, informed business conversations and to help close deals faster. The new agreement expands integration of InsideView for Sales with SAP hybris Commerce, making data delivery within SAP software faster and more seamless.

InsideView for Sales provides accurate, real-time customer intelligence directly within the workflow in the SAP Cloud for Sales solution, including company and contact data, social and news insights, and business connections. InsideView for Sales also allows users to transfer data directly into SAP Cloud for Sales to eliminate manual data entry of company and contact details. Together, the solutions allow sellers to gain a competitive advantage with relevant prospect information -- delivered just at the right time -- into their sales workflow.

"Today's businesses are facing increasing pressure to know more about their customers," said Umberto Milletti, CEO of InsideView. "Unfortunately, making customer data useful within a customer relationship management environment can be costly and confusing. By integrating InsideView for Sales first with SAP Cloud for Sales and now with SAP's leading SAP hybris Commerce solution, we've simplified the process and enhanced the platform to help sales executives get the intelligence they need to drive higher sales and marketing effectiveness."

"Our agreement with InsideView extends the value of SAP hybris Commerce with InsideView real-time customer and contact data," said Patrick Finn, senior vice president, Global Channel & Partnerships with hybris, an SAP company. "Sales and market intelligence is key to providing businesses with a consistent, unified view of their customers. Now, customers can gain actionable insight into their prospects' top priorities and business issues, helping create stronger customer relationships and sales effectiveness."

The SAP hybris Commerce solution bundled within InsideView for Sales is available now.
