Silicon Legal Strategy Hires Perkins Coie Alum Debra Amusin

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - December 04, 2015) - Silicon Legal Strategy today announced the addition of Debra Amusin as an associate in its San Francisco office. This is the firm's fourth strategic hire in 2015.

Before joining Silicon Legal, Debra practiced at the Silicon Valley office of Perkins Coie where she was a member of their Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Group. Debra advised startups and investors in connection with venture capital financings, M&A transactions and corporate governance matters.

Debra received her law degree Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Hastings and her undergraduate degree in Economics and Molecular Cell Biology from the University of California at Berkeley.
