International Datacasting Corporation to Release Third Quarter Fiscal 2016 Results

OTTAWA, ON--(Marketwired - December 08, 2015) - International Datacasting Corporation ("IDC") (TSX: IDC), a technology provider for the world's premiere broadcasters, announces that it will file its third quarter Fiscal 2016 financial results on SEDAR after market close on Monday, December 14, 2015.

Additionally, IDC is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has conditionally approved IDC's application to be listed on the TSX-V. IDC expects to meet all conditions and to be listed on the TSX-V prior to December 18, 2015.
