Sterling National Bank Expands Westchester Commercial Banking Team

YONKERS, NY--(Marketwired - December 10, 2015) - Sterling National Bank, the principal subsidiary of Sterling Bancorp (NYSE: STL), announced today that Michael Vitale has joined its Westchester commercial banking team as Managing Director. Mr. Vitale will provide commercial lending services to middle market clients, with particular focus on the commercial real estate, not-for-profit, and medical practice sectors. He will also manage banking relationships with high-net-worth individuals.

Sterling provides commercial banking services through nearly 30 relationship teams serving the greater New York metropolitan area and beyond. Each client has a single point of contact that supports their full range of banking needs and enables them to realize their growth opportunities with customized financing solutions.
