GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Dec. 11, 2015) - Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) wishes to advise motorists, pedestrians and cyclists of periodic lane closures on the Alexandra Bridge on Saturday, December 12, 2015, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. These closures will affect the Ottawa and Gatineau-bound lanes.

The boardwalk may be temporarily partially closed. Cyclists may be asked to walk their bicycles around the construction cones. Pedestrians and cyclists will need to exercise caution when crossing the boardwalk.

The lane closures are necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge.
