 1. LAVAGNA, A.S., Prague, Czech Republic, has informed us according to
Art. 8 and 9 of Transparency Law of Great-Duchy of Luxembourg on 11
December, 2015 that its share of Voting Rights of CPI PROPERTY GROUP
(former ORCO Germany S.A.), Luxembourg, Great-Duchy of Luxembourg, fell
below the threshold of 15% and 10% of the total Voting Rights on December
8, 2015 and at this day amounted to 7,56% (this corresponds to 208108839
Voting Rights).

Additional information:
Disposal of 340,907,242 of issuer's shares on 8 December 2015 to Ravento
S.á r.l, the entity closely associated with Mr. Radovan Vitek, member of
the Board of Director of the Issuer, so total holding of Mr. Radovan Vitek
remain the same.




2. Rivaroli, A.S. Prague, Czech Republic, has informed us according to Art.
8 and 9 of Transparency Law of Great-Duchy of Luxembourg on December 11,
2015 that its share of Voting Rights of CPI PROPERTY GROUP (former ORCO
Germany S.A.), Luxembourg, Great-Duchy of Luxembourg, fell below the
threshold of 15%, 10% and 5% of the total Voting Rights on December 8, 2015
and at this day fell below the minimum threshold.

Additional information:
Disposal of 576,000,000 of issuer's shares on 8 December 2015 to Ravento
S.á r.l, the entity closely associated with Mr. Radovan Vitek, member of
the Board of Director of the Issuer, so total holding of Mr. Radovan Vitek
remain the same.
