MISSISSAUGA, ON--(Marketwired - Dec 14, 2015) -  DataWind Inc. (TSX: DW), a leader in the delivery of Internet access in emerging markets, announced a collaboration with Intel Nigeria to offer low cost tablets and smartphones. DataWind's Intel-based devices will be bundled with free-Internet-access, courtesy of their existing partnership with Airtel, one of Nigeria's leading wireless operators.

"The relationship with Intel reinforces the strength and effectiveness of our products," commented Raja Tuli, chairman and chief technology officer of DataWind. "We plan to drive an integrated launch in Nigeria with our partners Intel and Airtel over the coming months."
