As a key member of the executive leadership team at CXI, Mr. Dowd has responsibility for implementing the company's sales growth strategy and developing strategic initiatives to further position CXI as a leading organization within a highly competitive industry.

In his previous roles, Bob was instrumental in implementing a vertical approach to the business, supported by widespread territory and market segmentation.
