Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 16, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Unity FI Solutions, a leading provider of electronic payment solutions, recently developed a new online ticketing platform for the NBA’s Utah Jazz.

The website, which just launched for the 2015-2016 season, improves and streamlines how Junior Jazz participants redeem complimentary tickets. By utilizing an assigned ticket code, Junior Jazz members are able to select the game they want to attend, and then choose how they want to receive the tickets – electronically or at will call. Additionally, fans receiving complimentary tickets can pay to upgrade to better seats, or purchase additional tickets.

“We’re committed to making the complimentary ticket redemption process even better for our Junior Jazz fans,” said Gina Calvert, Utah Jazz corporate communications manager. “This platform enhances the fan experience by putting more choice in their hands and making ticket redemption more convenient.”

Unity FI Solutions will also handle the payment processing for upgraded and additional tickets purchased through the site.

“Across the nation, professional sports teams are seeking ways to improve fans’ interaction with their brands,” said Dan Miller, principal and co-founder of Unity FI Solutions. “We are proud to partner with the Jazz to help them maintain their status as a leader in optimizing the fan experience.”

With more than 1.5 million total participants, Junior Jazz is in its 33rd season of award-winning youth basketball that connects communities, friends and families through the love of the game.
