MARTELA CORPORATION’S FINANCIAL REPORTING 2016


Martela Corporation’s financial statements for 2015 will be published on Thursday,  4 February 2016.

Three interim reports will be published in 2016:

- January-March (Q1) on Friday 29 April 2016
- January-June (Q2) on Tuesday 9 August 2016
- January-September (Q3) Tuesday 1 November 2016

The Annual Report for the year 2015 will be published on Martela’s website during week 8.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 8 March 2016 at 3.00 p.m. The Board of Directors will summon the meeting on company’s website at a later date. A shareholder who wishes to include a matter on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting should submit such request in writing by 8 January 2016 to Martela Oyj, Board of Directors, P.O. Box 44, 00371 Helsinki, Finland.

The financial statement and the interim reports will be published in Finnish and English on the company’s website www.martela.fi and www.martela.com
