Fusion's President and COO, Don Hutchins, to Present at ITEXPO

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - January 21, 2016) - Fusion (NASDAQ: FSNN), a leading provider of cloud services, today announced that Don Hutchins, its President and Chief Operating Officer, will present at the ITEXPO conference on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 12:30 pm (EST). ITEXPO, the world's leading business technology trade show, will be held at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on January 25-28, 2016, and is expected to attract more than 6,000 attendees.

In his presentation, entitled "Successful Growth through Acquisitions in the Technology Space," Mr. Hutchins will review the current market environment and discuss best practices for evaluating and integrating acquisitions, based on his extensive background and experience in the technology, communications and Cloud Services sectors. Over the last four years, Fusion has acquired five Cloud Services businesses, which has helped drive compounded annual revenue growth of greater than 40 percent.
