Correction to Announcement of Net Asset Value published on 22 January 2016 at 16:49.
 
The incorrect title was announced which should read Purchase of own securities and total voting rights.
 
Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 22 January 2016 the Company purchased for cancellation 390,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 96.25p per share. 
 
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 72,380,482 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
