Brew Summit Leads 150 Men through Meaningful Conversations and Adventure at the Sea to Sky Gondola

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan. 25, 2016) - Brew Summit is a first-of-its-kind event to be hosted at the Sea to Sky Gondola on Tuesday April 18, 2016. An immersive day of invoking conversations and real 'tell-it-like-it-is" feedback.

Brew Summit places an emphasis on dialogue over the traditional conference or presentation format and encourages mindful men to share thought-provoking ideas. Focusing on 'big conversations,' Brew Summit uses a distinct approach where everyone in the audience is a seeker and active participant in the discussion. Throughout the full day event, meaningful discussions will be interspersed with outdoor adventure experiences led by Wellmen.

Leading Invoker panelists will include:

Kevin Newman is one of Canada's most authoritative voices in news and has served viewers as a news anchor for more than 30 years. He is a correspondent and co-host on the award-winning investigative series W5 in addition to serving as a fill-in anchor for CTV NATIONAL NEWS. His work has earned honors including Emmy® Awards, Gemini Awards, and a Peabody Award. Kevin's unique perspective on masculinity is evident in the new book he co-wrote with his son, "All Out."

Masa Takei is an award-winning writer who has dabbled with print, film, and digital media. His work has appeared in publications such as Canadian Geographic, The Walrus, Western Living, and The Globe & Mail. He has written feature film screenplays and hosted a yearlong web series, Masa Off Grid, for High Fidelity HDTV. In the series, Masa builds his own off grid cabin in Haida Gwaii and immerses himself in a life of solitude. His adventure challenged him to explore the idea of 'purpose' and where to find it in our modern world.
