Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab today presented the attached Year-end
Report 2015 with the following key points:

  · Net profit for the year of DKK 1,464m (DKK 1,340m).
  · Fee and commission income was positively affected by large volumes being
remortgaged.
  · Total lending increased to DKK 386bn at end-2015 (DKK 381bn).
  · All bonds are rated Aaa and AAA.
