Located at 1001 Carolina Pines Drive, at the interchange of I-77 and Highway 21, the property provides convenient access to three major interstates and is within an hour drive to two strategic North/South corridors.

Built in 2009, the property is situated on 11.9 acres. This LEED Silver certified building features 30' clear height, 24 loading docks and 2 drive-in doors. The property is currently 100 percent leased to Husqvarna Group, a world-leading producer of outdoor power products including chainsaws, trimmers, robotic lawn mowers and garden tractors. This acquisition also includes 14.5 acres of land that can support 184,000 square feet of additional development

Becknell purchased the property and land from Strategic Capital Partners, a privately held real estate, operating, development and investment management firm.
