EEStor Corporation (TSX VENTURE:ESU) ("EEStor" or the "Company") announced today that it has extended the final date for completion of further tranches of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units to February 29, 2016. Each unit is priced at Cdn.$0.15 and consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional common share at a price of Cdn$0.30 for a period of 36 months from the closing date. To date, the Company has sold 10,559,938 units under the private placement for gross proceeds of approximately Cdn$1.584 million.
