Change in number of shares and votes in Thule Group

Thule Group’s warrant series 2014/2016 has been exercised and as a consequence,
the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 1,036,455 in
January 2016.

As at 29 January 2016, there are in total 101,036,455 shares and votes in Thule
Group AB (publ).
