To gear up for additional aircraft maintenance and modification business in the coming months, Commercial Jet is looking to increase its workforce immediately by 100 aircraft maintenance and structures technicians of all skills and experience levels, including leads, supervisors and project managers.

Commercial Jet established its CJet Academy in 2014 to train entry-level structures technicians. "The training school approach has been very successful," said David Sandri, CEO. "We are now developing plans to expand the academy's training program to include other skills."

Upon graduation from CJet Academy, graduates will receive On-the-Job Training (OJT) with Commercial Jet's skilled and experienced technicians.
