OneREIT Announces Revised January 2016 Distribution Date

OneREIT (TSX:ONR.UN) announced today a revised distribution date for its January cash distribution. The January cash distribution will be distributed on February 12, 2016 instead of the previously announced distribution date of February 15, 2016. The distribution dates for the February and March cash distribution remain unchanged.

Distributions paid to Unitholders who are non-residents of Canada will be subject to Canadian withholding tax.
