After Quarterly Review, Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants Promotes New Market Managers

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Feb 12, 2016) -  In the Forbes article, "10 Reason's Why Companies Should Invest More in Management Training," Victor Lipman asserted, "In the big picture, an employee's relationship with his or her direct manager is the most important single factor in employee engagement. It all starts with this day-to-day, in-the-trenches relationship -- this is the thread from which the cloth is made." One of Atlanta's top marketing firms, Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants, has recently announced the continuation of the company's growth strategy to invest and train employees into management positions. Market Manager, CJ Young, asserted, "In training, it is always important to lead from the front. I would never ask anyone on my team to do anything that I wouldn't do first."

Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants is an in-store marketing firm that works with clients in the satellite, cellular, security, and communications industries to promote their products and services in fortune 500 retail partners. In 2016, Phoenix is looking to expand their clientele, partnerships, and employee base in the greater Atlanta area. As an organization that values merit over seniority, Phoenix believes that all leaders must have a firm knowledge and background in the company.

Brenton Smith and Sydarrian Edwards have recently been promoted out of Phoenix's management training program on February 4, 2016 after the company's first quarter review. Market Manager, Young, asserted, "We do quarterly and biweekly reviews for our management team at Phoenix to make sure that we are establishing open communications, creating review benchmarks for their goals, and to maintain our standards of accountability." Both Smith and Edwards have excelled through areas such as business development, teambuilding, sales and marketing strategy, as well as communications. During their last review, both expressed interest in building long-term management careers with Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants and have moved forward in the company by driving production for the company's clients in the New Year.

When asked about earning a management position at Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants, Smith asserted, "The first thing is setting the pace, leading from the front, and being the change you want to see. Most importantly, it's about being a great example. Being the individual you say you are and always being open to learning, growing, and listening to others to build that trust. A positive attitude yields positive results. For me it was about wanting to not only see others grow but helping them grow in tremendous way." As a manager and employee, Smith personifies the company's motto, "Phoenix Rises," by building up and encouraging fellow employees to help them to meet their quarterly review goals.

Both managers are enthusiastic about their new responsibilities as trainers and have big goals moving forward in 2016. Edwards affirmed, "My goal this year is to develop a team that represents our clients as well as our retail partners in the most professional way. As a manager, I want to motivate and inspire employees to be their best selves while having fun." For more information, email careers@wearephoenixatl.com.
