Rockefeller Hughes Announces Appointment of New CEO for RHC Energy (USA), LLC

Rockefeller Hughes Corporation (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RHC) is pleased to announce the hiring of Mr. Stephen Balch, P.Geo., as Chief Executive Officer of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, RHC Energy (USA), LLC ("RHC Energy"). Mr. Balch has over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration as a geophysicist. He has worked with Inco Limited in the Sudbury Basin and at Voiseys Bay and has consulted to a number of major and junior explorers including Falconbridge Limited, Anglo American Canada, Lonmin plc and FNX Mining Company Ltd. Mr. Balch was President of Aeroquest Limited, helping take the company public in 2004 and founded Hudson River Minerals Ltd. in 2008, taking the company public as President and CEO in 2010. He has been President, CEO and a director of Tawsho Mining Inc. since 2013.

Pursuant to Mr. Balch's employment contract, the Company will grant stock options to Mr. Balch to acquire up to 4,000,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of the closing market price of the common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on the date of grant. These options will be granted upon RHC Energy attaining certain sustained production milestones.

With Mr. Balch's appointment, Mr. Zoran Arandjelovic will be stepping down as CEO of RHC Energy. The Company would like to thank Mr. Arandjelovic for his contribution as CEO of RHC Energy.
