OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 24, 2016) - Canadian performers are heading to Ottawa for meetings with members of Parliament on February 24 and 25.

Agenda: On Wednesday, February 24 and Thursday, February 25 ACTRA members will address the future of Canada's recorded media industry as a growing key cultural and economic driver, and call for more Canada on our screens.
Evening reception: Wednesday, February 24 - 5:30pm to 7:30pm, ACTRA is hosting a reception for MPs and Senators on Parliament Hill, Room 362, East Block.
In Attendance: Canadian award-winning actor Sarah Gadon (Map to the Stars, Cosmopolis, 11/22/63) is the recipient of the 2016 ACTRA Toronto Award of Excellence.
