Record Company Growth
In 2015, Calabrio grew revenue by more than 40 percent year-over-year and recorded more than one billion calls -- a first in its eight-year history. The company invested significantly in product development for its analytics product, added Intraday Dynamic Scheduling (WFM) and Automatic Evaluation Queues (QM), and expanded support for Avaya platforms. More than two-thirds of product updates released in 2015 were driven by direct customer feedback.

The company expanded its global reach by opening a regional office in Singapore and signing a strategic partnership deal with PCS Software in Brazil. In total, Calabrio inked 36 new partner agreements last year -- another record for the company.

Customer-Powered Growth
In its effort to catalyze growth for customers, Calabrio added more than 160 new companies to its roster in 2015 including Jaguar Land Rover and Maersk. Of the company's new customers, more than one-third were competitive displacements. Additionally, the company added 76 new full-time employees to better support continued growth and customer success.

Industry leadership
Calabrio continues to be a pioneer in the industry. In December 2015, Calabrio was for the first time named a "Leader" in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Customer Engagement Center Workforce Optimization.
