Vemanti Group Signs Memorandum of Understanding With MobiFone Global for Movies and TV Streaming Cooperation

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - March 01, 2016) - Vemanti Group, Inc. (OTC PINK: VMNT), a diversified holding company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with MobiFone Global, a subsidiary of MobiFone, as a first step of joined cooperation on deploying an online movie and TV streaming service aimed at Vietnamese-American consumers.

The companies are excited about the first step in formalizing a relationship where joint efforts and strategies can be discussed as part of a plan to provide global digital media services.
