Greystone Provides Freddie Mac Financing to Providence Investments for the Acquisition of an Alabama Multifamily Complex


NEW YORK, March 01, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Greystone, a real estate lending, investment and advisory company, today announced it has provided a Freddie Mac Program Plus loan to Providence Investments for the acquisition of an apartment community in Alabama. The loan was originated by John Williams and Abe Spira of Greystone. The loan carries a five year fixed-rate term with one year interest only.
