Jun Group Promotes Corey Weiner to President

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - March 03, 2016) - Jun Group, the leading mobile video and branded content advertising platform, today announced the promotion of Corey Weiner to president.

One of the co-founders of Jun Group, Weiner has served as chief operating officer (COO) since 2009. In addition, he is CEO of Jun Group subsidiary, HyprMX.

"Corey is one of the brightest minds in digital media and it is a privilege to work beside him every day," said Jun Group CEO Mitchell Reichgut. "Corey's vision, his wisdom, and his uncanny ability to manage people and business challenges have helped make this company successful. All of us at Jun Group are in Corey's debt."

As COO, Weiner has overseen product development, publisher strategy, finance, business development, legal, and operations. He also led Jun Group's $28 million investment partnership with Halyard Capital and Bridge Bank last year. Since its launch in 2012, he has also served as CEO of HyprMX, playing an integral role in positioning Jun Group as a "mobile first" company.

"I'm proud of the company we've built," said Weiner, "and I've never been more excited about the opportunities we have ahead of us. This is the first inning for mobile video. Advertisers are only beginning to discover the potential, and we are well-positioned to benefit from the explosive growth in mobile video and native advertising."

Prior to founding Jun Group, Weiner consulted for SONY USA and the U.S. government. While serving both Jun Group and HyprMX, he earned his MBA with Honors from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
