TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 3, 2016) - Telferscot Resources Inc. ("TFS") has announced a distribution of C$0.0145 per common share as a Return of Capital. The distribution will be paid on or before April 30, 2016 to shareholders of record on March 10, 2016.

TFS will begin trading ex-distribution on March 8, 2016.
