A top performer in the industry, she is initially assigned to handle the operational oversight of 1,400 apartment homes within three garden-style communities and one high-rise asset in the metro area. Warren joins the growing team of professionals reporting to Toni Rials, regional vice president presiding over Pinnacle's Texas and Arkansas regions.

For over 15 years, Warren has worked with some of the top firms in the industry, including Greystar and AMLI Residential. She comes to Pinnacle from Alliance Residential where she was employed for the past nine years as a senior business manager. There, she took lease-ups to stabilization during the downturn of the economy and produced a significant increase in rent growth while repositioning other assets. Warren consistently exceeded budgeted NOI and surpassed budgeted occupancies within her portfolio. Throughout, she maintained a focus on training and effectively building her team.
