Purchase details were not disclosed but Harte Hanks expects this transaction to be accretive to 2016 performance.

Aleutian Consulting, which will operate as Harte Hanks Consulting, provides go-to-market strategy consulting services combined with a proprietary fact-based, data-driven analytics approach. This focus on revenue growth through enhanced marketing technology and advanced pricing and sales enablement capabilities, drives meaningful top and bottom line growth for its clients.

Harte Hanks Consulting will continue to offer expertise in product, pricing, channel optimization and promotion design. Based in Denver, Colorado, this team serves Fortune 500 clients, primarily in the telecommunications and technology industries.

In conjunction with the acquisition of Aleutian Consulting, Harte Hanks has opened a new office in downtown Denver to accommodate Aleutian's Denver-based consulting staff and Denver-based Harte Hanks employees.
