Claes Murander steps down from nomination committee

Lannebo Fonder, as previously announced, has sold its entire shareholding in
Gränges AB (publ), and Lannebo Fonder’s representative on the Nomination
Committee, Claes Murander, has therefore stepped down from his position.

In accordance with the instructions to the Nomination Committee, the Nomination
Committee has subsequently noted and decided that it is not necessary to offer
the vacant position on the Nomination Committee to another person, amongst other
things due to the fact that that the proposals of the Nomination Committee will,
after a final meeting, be published when shareholders are given notice of the
2016 Annual General Meeting on 18 March 2016 and will then be available on the
company’s website, www.granges.com.
