Anders Algotsson appointed new representative in the Nomination Committee, Mikael Aru leave

Orkla Industriinvesteringar AB (“Orkla”) has, as previously announced, sold its
entire shareholding in Gränges AB (publ), and Orkla’s representative on the
Nomination Committee, also the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Mikael Aru,
has therefore stepped down from his position.

In accordance with the instruction to the Nomination Committee, the Nomination
Committee has subsequently noted and decided to involve a representative from
AFA Försäkring, which is currently the second largest shareholder of Gränges, to
participate in the concluding work. AFA Försäkring has appointed Anders
Algotsson as its representative. The Nomination Committee will conclude its task
shortly.
