Mountain America Credit Union Announces New Senior Vice President Human Resources

WEST JORDAN, UT--(Marketwired - March 23, 2016) -  Mountain America Credit Union is pleased to announce the selection of Pamela Lewis as the credit union's Senior Vice President Human Resources.

Pam brings to Mountain America over 23 years of Human Resources experience in the technology, pharmaceutical, mortgage and financial services industries. Her leadership, business acumen and partnership have assisted companies to achieve sustainable success. Pamela has a Bachelor's of Science in RHI Management and a Masters in Human Resources Management.

Pam believes people are at the heart of any organization. This was illustrated by her ability to assist Cephalon increase overall headcount by 90% in three years, and maintain employee engagement and retention at 95%. Pam has managed large HR teams, as well as being a one person HR department. Her philosophy aligns with Mountain America's focus on creating a wonderful environment where we are an Employer of Choice.
