Parks Associates Research Addresses Tech Support Opportunities in the Internet of Things

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Mar 30, 2016) - Parks Associates announced technical support research today that shows tech support subscribers are more engaged with these services -- over 70% of U.S. broadband households with a tech support subscription used this service at least once during a 12-month term, compared to only 57% in 2014.
