Saint Marc Pub - Cafe, Bakery & Cheese Affinage Launches Trashed Canned Tuesdays and Wined Up Wednesdays

World-Renowned Culinary and Mixology Mavericks to Offer 1/2-off Cheese Boards and Drink Specials

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 31, 2016) - Saint Marc Pub-Café, Bakery & Cheese Affinage, Pacific City's hottest spot for bold cocktails made by master mixologists and a trendsetting Americana-inspired menu, is launching two new programs to help make the midweek less of an uphill battle for Orange County residents -- Trashed Canned Tuesdays and Wined Up Wednesdays. Drink specials and half-off chef's cheese boards, guests will enjoy the new creative "day of the week" concepts from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Every Trashed Canned Tuesday, guests can take advantage of $5.00 canned beer or cider, and the fun of plunging their hand into a barrel of beverages to reveal their prize. Wined Up Wednesdays will offer guests one dollar off all wine by the ounce from Saint Marc's 32 wine selections on draught.

Both days offer half-off chef's cheese boards. Saint Marc cheese boards are served with perfectly paired sweet and savory accompaniments. The chef's choice of the Americano, California Dreamin', Wisconsin Cheesehead, the Froggy and the European Union themed boards will entice any palate. Saint Marc cheese boards may be served with the complementary flavors of artisanal crackers, cured meats, salty olives and nuts, and sweet fruit compotes.

"These two new weekly events were designed to bring the fun back to the weeknights!" says CEO Thomas (Mac) McFarland Gregory III. "We want guests to remember it is okay to have a great time Monday through Sunday!"
