("FPS Pharma" or the "Company") announced today that the Canadian Securities Exchange has granted the Company's request to withdraw from listing all of the Company's securities, being the common shares of the Company currently listed under the stock symbol "FPS.U". The common shares of the Company will be delisted at the market close tomorrow, April 5, 2016.

The Company intends to make application to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange.
