AddLife publishes prospectus supplement


On the 30 March 2016, the Board of Directors of AddLife AB (publ) (”AddLife”)
resolved on the terms and conditions of the share issue with preferential rights
for existing shareholders in AddLife (the “Issue”). The terms and conditions
were published through a press release the same day. The decision regarding the
terms and conditions of the Issue, as well as the acquisitions of V-Tech AB and
Esthe-Tech AB and that AddLife signed an agreement to represent Leica Biosystems
in Sweden and Denmark, which have been published through press releases on 17
March 2016 and 4 April 2016, respectively, required that a prospectus supplement
was prepared. The prospectus supplement has now been approved and registered by
the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus supplement is
available on the company’s website, www.add.life, as well as on Handelsbanken’s
website, www.handelsbanken.se/investeringserbjudande.

Handelsbanken Capital Markets acts as financial adviser and Advokatfirman Delphi
acts as legal adviser in connection with the Issue.
