(OTC PINK: PRRY) announced today that it has engaged Maslon, LLP of Minneapolis, Minnesota (http://www.maslon.com) as Securities Counsel. The Company has additionally engaged B F Borgers CPA PC of Lakewood, Colorado (http://www.bfbcpa.us) as its Auditors. These professional engagements are to commence the process to audit the Company's 2014 & 2015 financials and prepare the required documentation for the Company to move to a higher stock exchange.
