Dear Shareholder:

Since my arrival, I have been working diligently with the team to revitalize and change the direction of the company. The changes needed are required to operate smoothly, more efficiently, and effectively to provide solid results. We have made substantial progress during my short time as CEO. To date we have returned over 250,000,000 (two hundred - fifty million) shares to treasury. The transfer of the control block, Preferred Series A is complete and all documents pertaining to resignations have been filed and OTC has been updated to reflect all the new changes.

Setting new goals is important, but changing directions is a must sometimes when working to accomplish those goals. Decisions must be made that are often times necessary to preserve the overall effectiveness of the company for a stronger foundation. Moving forward, Monster Marketing Group, Inc will no longer be a part of New Generation Consumer Group, Inc. While this decision was not an easy one, it is necessary as we continue to rebuild and remold the company. I will not hesitate to make the decisions required to provide the solutions necessary to correct any situation that I have inherited.

During this time of reconstruction, we are still very focused on conducting business. There has been another truck load of Mucho Macho Michelada Cups loaded and shipped out. Additionally, the $.99 Cent Only store has again reordered 2 more truck loads and the team is working on preparing that shipment.

Further announcements will be made that will outline my plan moving forward. I will also start to introduce additional products that will be added to our product line up.
