(TSX:MBX) ("Microbix" or the "Company"), an innovator of biological products and technologies, announces the results of the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders that was held on April 6, 2016, at which 45.98% of the issued and outstanding shares were represented. Shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions brought before the meeting. A detailed description of all resolutions that were voted on can be reviewed in the Company's Information Circular, which was filed on SEDAR on March 7, 2016.
