Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation Group Appoints Brian Kriter to Lead Its Business Development Efforts for the Americas

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - April 07, 2016) - Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Brian Kriter has been promoted to Executive Managing Director and Americas Business Development Lead for the firm's Valuation & Advisory (V&A) group. He'll be tasked with growing the top line valuation business in the Americas while continuing to lead the team of 60+ valuation professionals in Canada.

Mr. Kriter has been with the firm since 2004 and was previously the Managing Director of Business Development in Canada, responsible for developing new business relationships as well as being part of the Canadian Leadership Team since 2010. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Kriter spent five years as a top salesperson for IBM Canada, transacting over $50 million in business and ranking in the top 5 percent of the sales force.
