'Put the Project Plan to Work' Project Management Course Now Available Online Through UC Irvine Extension

Curriculum Explores Documentation Planning and Management of a Project Through Issues, Risks & Changes


IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 8, 2016) - University of California, Irvine Extension has announced the new Project Management Certificate Program elective course, "Put the Project Plan to Work." With project management success measured through project execution, this elective course provides the next step for project managers by providing the skills necessary to effectively execute on planning documents. Developed to improve individual and organizational performance, the curriculum focuses on establishing project management as a core competency, executing individual plans while solving problems and conducting on-the-go analysis for top-tier solutions. A fast paced online course for participants eager to develop skills and collaboration, registration is now open. The course runs from April 11 to June 5, 2016.

Instructor Dr. Arnetra A. Arrington, PMP, is a specialized consultant with more than fifteen years of project and program management experience working with small and large business. She is currently working with clients on software implementation, business development, PMO implementation and improvement projects. In addition to her multiple years of experience, Arrington is PMP and Six Sigma certified with a terminal degree in Organizational Leadership.
