This IT Notice includes instructions for mandatory testing activities for ALL INET customers and service providers with connectivity to Nasdaq Nordic and Nasdaq Baltic.
Nasdaq Nordic data center relocation requires that all customers make necessary arrangements in order to establish connectivity to the new VASBY data center. If not yet done, please contact your connectivity provider as soon as possible to make sure you have connectivity to the VASBY data center in advance of the mandatory tests described in this notice.
Between March 29 – May 21 the INET Pre-Production environment in VASBY is open for connectivity, login, failover (colo only) and functional testing according to the schedule below. An additional test date will be available June 4 prior to pre-launch of VASBY June 6.
Mandatory testing is limited to login testing, preferably from customers production systems. INET Customer Readiness Report form should be used to confirm member readiness prior to primary data center relocation launch in VASBY.
The login test is mandatory for members and data vendors using OUCH, FIX, FIX DROP, ITCH TCP and GLIMPSE. ITCH Multicast customers shall confirm their readiness of joining the new ITCH MC feeds and re-request services provided from the new data center VASBY.
A temporary Nordic Workstation, for INET Pre-Production only, is available during the time period mentioned above for customer testing as an optional service. The current production Nordic Workstation URL will remain after the migration, i.e. re-directed to the new primary site when data center migration takes place in June. Nordic Workstation accessed via internet is therefore not part of the mandatory testing.
The login test can be made at any time corresponding to the table below. After completion of the test to ensure member readiness it is mandatory for customers to fill in the INET Customer Readiness Status Report and send it to technicalrelations@nasdaq.com. This is to inform Nasdaq the result of the test and to confirm your migration readiness status. The status report shall also be used to inform Nasdaq Technical Relations your contact details and estimated testing time schedule. The status report is available at the Nasdaq Data Center Relocation/INET web site.

Note! Temporary passwords are used for OUCH customers during the Pre-Production period until May 21. Source IP validation is enabled for INET, please make sure you have provided your new, or temporary, source IP’s to operator@nasdaq.com (if applicable).

Step by step:
1. Send the Customer Readiness Report to technicalrelations@nasdaq.com including the following information: Contact details, estimated time schedule for login testing and readiness completeness for INET on April 20 the latest.
2. Perform and complete the login testing prior to May 21, 2016.
3. Confirm readiness complete by sending another Customer Readiness Report to technicalrelations@nasdaq.com
4. The new INET environment in VASBY will be launched as a failover site (all three sites in production mode during June 4 – June 18, 2016, LUNDA is primary). INET ports can be migrated to VASBY during this period but latest on June 18, 2016.
5. First day of trading with VASBY as the primary site is June 20, 2016.
(PORT remains as the secondary/failover site, LUNDA is discontinued).
