Nasdaq Copenhagen has decided to remove TORM A/S from trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen. The last day of trading the A shares in TORM A/S shares is 25 April 2016.
TORM A/S is removed as TORM plc will initiate a squeeze-out of any remaining minority shareholders of TORM A/S pursuant to Sections 70 and 72 of the Danish Companies Act. TORM plc will initiate the squeeze-out on Tuesday, 26 April 2016.
